MDAW Flier!

Hi Everyone,

Below is a flier for the 2010 MDAW.  I hope you will consider encouraging your students to attend.  We pride ourselves on being an affordable, skill building camp – with lots of individual attention.  We also offer need-based scholarships – these are not limited to UDL partner schools – they are open to all based on need. I will also be contacting individual coaches – if you are around this summer, it would be wonderful if you could stop in for a guest lecture or judge a practice debate; we would love to have you be a part of our camp experience.

Finally, we hope to repeat our success with our panel of experts “Debate in the Real World” – we will be reaching out to practitioners, policy makers, and academic researchers to give a personal view on the topic.  All are welcome to attend this session, and we will have further details this spring.  Happy Holidays! Amy

MDAW Students are Champions!

"During the State Final round, I relied on the skills that MDAW taught me, most importantly the underlying strategic goals of debate. I learned valuable and applicable knowledge about many of the positions I would face in the future." -Andrew Hall, 2010 Minnesota State Champion from Highland Park, and 2009 MDAW participant
